One of the highlights of any season in any sport is Opening Day! Everything is fresh and new, the players are champing at the bit to play a “REAL” game, the fields are in perfect condition and the music is playing along with player introductions before each game. It’s a very festive atmosphere that we hope you didn’t miss! A great crowd of parents, grandparents, friends and neighbors, saw some great baseball Saturday and Sunday, April 22-23. All players and coaches were introduced before each game, just like at the MLB opening games and the Allstar Game. Music was playing compliments of our volunteer parent announcers and each player’s name was announced every time they came up to bat.
