IMPORTANT 2017 FALL BALL DATES:

The following important Fall Ball meetings are held the week before games begin – all meetings are at the WMLL fields at 701 Forward Drive on Madison’s west side.

Sat., June 10  –  Online Registration begins for Fall Ball  (www.wmll.org)

Sun., AUG 6 –  Online Registration for Fall Ball is officially over, but if a league has openings, more players may still register.

Sat., Aug 19, 9:30 am – Coaches Meeting (mandatory for at least one coach from each team); meeting will cover a review of rules and we’ll hand out equipment, uniforms, rosters, and game schedules.

Sat., Aug 19, 10:45am-Noon – Free Baseball Pitching Clinic by Tom Bennett (WMLL coach and former long-time Memorial High School coach). Clinic will be at WMLL fields and is open to coaches and players. No registration required.

Mon., Aug 21, 6:30 pm – New Parent Meeting (parents new to the WMLL program ONLY); highly recommended for new parents from Rookie Baseball and Minor Softball, this meeting will provide helpful details about how the WMLL Fall Ball program operates.

Wed., Aug 23, 6:30 PM – Team Rep Meeting for all leagues (baseball and softball). The basics of being a Team Rep will be covered. Geared for new Team Reps, but all are welcome.

Fri., Aug 25, 6:00 PM – Parent, Player, Buddy Meeting & Practice Game for Challenger Division for Children with Disabilities. Note: Orientation meeting for Buddies Only will be held at 5:30 PM (with pizza!) on the Picnic Porch at WMLL

Team Rosters and Game Schedules –
All parents/players who have previously played at WMLL will be contacted by the coach of their player’s team once rosters are set (Aug 19). Your team’s coach will set up a team meeting to distribute uniforms, game schedules, etc. Game schedules will be posted on the WMLL website (wmll.org) and bulletin board at the fields as soon as they are finalized (~Aug 19). Team rosters will also be posted on the bulletin board (Aug 19) at WMLL prior to the coaches meeting (rosters are NOT posted online per Little Lg guidelines).

NOTE: In the event of inclement weather on a meeting day above, please check the WMLL Field Conditions page for meeting status and makeup time or call the Field Conditions hotline (608-274-6556) for this information. In most cases, the makeup meeting will be the following day.
