Mandatory training for new umpires

WMLL requires all new umpires to attend training before they are allowed to take a game. Training will start with a brief session on the picnic porch before moving onto one of the diamonds for some fieldwork. Starting at about 7:20 pm, the ArbiterSports.com self-assignment system will be discussed. Parents are welcome to attend all or part of the training and are encouraged to listen in on the ArbiterSports.com presentation.
