UW softball to recognize WMLL players as “Stars of Tomorrow” on Fri, May 3

The UW softball team will recognize WMLL Minor & Major League softball players as “Stars of Tomorrow” prior to their Friday, May 3 game against Nebraska.

Registered WMLL softball players will get into the game for free & be able to run out of the tunnel and take the field with the Badgers during starting lineup introductions, and stay on the field for the national anthem. All these activities take place before the 5 PM game, so please be sure to arrive by 4:30!

Unfortunately, WMLL is limited to 25 players. 25 players have now registered, but a stand by list has been created in case registered players’ plans change.  Click HERE to place your player on the stand by list.

Friends and family of registered players can purchase tickets at Goodman Diamond ($5 for adults / $2 for youth (2-17), UW students, and seniors 55+). Softball coaches are also able to receive complimentary admission with advance registration.

Note: the Softball 101 event after the Sat, Apr 20 UW vs. Indiana game, unfortunately, is sold out, so this is the best way to attend a UW softball game with special activities for WMLL players.
