District 4 tournament champions
The WMLL American Junior Division team won the District 4 Championship with a 6 – 5 victory over Kennedy Little League on July 15. WMLL won all three games they played in the tournament, also beating WMLL National 10-1 and Kennedy 4-2.
State tournament runners-up
The WMLL American team advanced to the Wisconsin State Tournament in Glendale, WI. WMLL played two pool play games as follows: 27-0 victory vs. Burlington on Saturday (July 20) and 0-5 loss vs. Glendale on Sunday (July 21). As the two top teams in pool play, WMLL American met Glendale advanced to the championship game on Monday (July 22) where WMLL American lost a close 5-4 game.
