WMLL looking for new Executive Director

West Madison Little League (WMLL) is looking for a new Executive Director to fill an opening created by the pending April departure of Brian Beutter, who has been Executive Director for four-years. This position offer an opportunity to join a well-established volunteer-driven non-profit organization..


Executive Director Position

The Executive Director is a year-round, less than full-time salaried position with greater demands during the months of November, December, February, March, April, June, July and August.  Work hours are flexible, but, at times, will include evenings, holidays, and weekends.  The salary is competitive, given the seasonal nature of the job, and paid out over 12 months.  Healthcare benefits are not available.

The Executive Director is responsible for providing overall management and leadership in conducting WMLL programs and implementing Board plans, while acting in a manner consistent with WMLL’s mission and goals.  The Executive Director also manages the Head Groundskeeper and the Concessions Manager.
