You are invited to attend WMLL’s Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, October 22nd at 9:00 AM. The meeting will be held at Vitense Golfland as well as online via Zoom.
It takes a lot of planning and work, both at and away from the field, to make WMLL the special place that it is and to provide our players with everything they need to grow and have fun. The Annual Meeting is a great way for player-parent/guardians and volunteers to stay informed, be heard, and participate in the election of five Board members that will lead WMLL for the next three years as well as a special election to fill one Board seat with a one-year term.
The Annual Meeting consists of three important parts:
(1) a year-in-review update from the Board President and a financial status report from the Board Treasurer
(2) an open-forum during which any member can share thoughts, suggestions or ideas
(3) Elections for five 3-year & one 1-year Board seats via a vote by all in attendance following brief candidate statements.
