WMLL is a membership organization. All parents of registered players & all recognized volunteers are defined as members. The annual membership meeting, held in October, is the highest decision making authority. Day to day administration of the league is the responsibility of a part-time Executive Director who reports to a 15-member Board of Directors that meets monthly. Board meetings are open to all members.
Board meetings are typically held on the second Sunday of each month at Vitense Golfland (5501 Schroeder Rd, Madison, WI). Meeting dates & locations are, however, subject to change. The tentative Board meeting schedule for 2018 is January 7, February 11, March 4, April 8, May 6, June 24, August 19 (rescheduled from August 12), September 9, November 11 & December 9.

At this special Board meeting, the Board of Directors reviews the activities of WMLL from the prior year, as well as the financial status of the organization. After these updates, there is an open forum & an election for open Board positions. Your input is important to the continued long-term success of the WMLL program, so please consider attending and bringing your ideas to this meeting!
