WMLL is excited to launch a new league management & registration system for 2020! This system will have many benefits for families, coaches & league officials. Stay tuned for additional information.
Information needed when registering: You will be asked to provide information on the player being registered, the player’s parent(s) or guardian(s) & critical medical information. You also will be asked if you would like to request a scholarship or make a donation to WMLL. Please be thorough when answering the new registration questionnaire so that your child is successfully registered in the correct league*. This information will also help WMLL create balanced teams & effectively run the league.
*Please note that during registration you will only be able to register your child into the standard Little League age-appropriate league (see www.wmll.org/leagues). If you want to discuss special placement in a league above or below your child’s age-based league, email your child’s name & the special league request to Kraig Bodie, WMLL’s registrar, at email@example.com after completing registration. A WMLL official will then contact you to discuss your request. WMLL believes that in most cases it is best for players to play in the standard Little League age-appropriate league & may refuse special league placement requests for safety, competitive balance and/or Little League compliance reasons.
Waivers: During registration you also will be asked to read through & acknowledge three important waivers: (1) West Madison Little League Waiver, (2) Media Release Form, & (3) Concussion Information & Waiver Acknowledged
Registration fees: As you complete the registration process, you will need to review the applicable registration fees (which will be clearly listed). You must accept each fee by checking the circle to the left of the description (including the multiplayer discount…which will be $0 unless you are registering 3 or more children). You will be able to review all fees & see the total cost in the shopping cart before paying.
Payment: At the end of the registration process, you will see all fees & the total cost in the shopping cart before paying. To complete the registration process, you must pay the registration fee with a credit card or ACH (direct bank transfer). Please consider paying by ACH (direct bank transfer) as it saves WMLL money by avoiding processing payments. If you would like to request an alternative method of payment, please email Kraig Bodie, WMLL’s registrar, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Families with multiple children: If you want to register multiple children from the same family, simply follow the prompts on the summary page after registering the first child. This will allow you to register additional children without having to start a new registration session.
Registration confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email from the online registration system soon after registering. If you do not, or if you have other questions, contact our Registration Coordinator, Kraig Bodie, at email@example.com.
