- Catcher’s Gear (including Catcher’s Mitt)
- Bats
- Softballs (11″ softie for Rookie League, 11″ hard for Minor League & 12″ hard for Major, Junior & Senior Leagues) – see image below
- First-Aid Kit
Items that each player must provide:
- Mitt
- Softball Pants or Leggings (any color is acceptable)
- Socks (only for fall season)
- Water Bottle
Optional items that players may like to have:
- Cleats (non-metal in the Rookie, Minor & Major Leagues)
- Batting Gloves
- Sliding Shorts
- Bat (must be a softball bat)
- Batting Helmet (helmets with face masks are required in the Minor & Major Leagues)

- Equipment Backpack or Bag
- Eye Black
