Time & Place
The 2019 District 4 8- to 10-Year-Old Division Tournament will be hosted by West Madison Little League (WMLL) at their facility located at 701 Forward Dr., Madison beginning on July 15th and culminating with the Championship Game on July 20th at 10:00 a.m.

Format
As determined by District Administrator and Tournament Director, Jeff Wolfe, play will be round- robin format. All five teams will play each other with the top team and runner-up moving onto the Championship Game. The tie breaker for advancement to the Championship Game will be as directed by Little League International in Section III of the Tournament Rules and Guidelines.
The winner of the District tournament will move on to the State 8- to 10-Year-Old Tournament scheduled to be held in West Bend from July 26th – August 4th.
Parking
Only vehicles displaying a WMLL issued pass (two parking passes issued for each team), and vehicles displaying an official disabled permit issued by the State Department of Transportation will be allowed to park in the WMLL parking lot. All violators will be subject to a citation and may have their vehicle towed. There is a player drop-off area located on Forward Drive adjacent to the parking lot, that area is for pick-up and drop-off only.
Parking for fans is allowed all along Forward Drive. Fans may also park in the lot of the Madison Ice Arena, south of the baseball fields along Forward Dr.
Concessions
West Madison Little League has a great concession stand, so please show your appreciation for them hosting our tournament by supporting their food sales. No outside food may be brought onto the WMLL grounds and we would appreciate you patronizing the concession stand for your sport drink and sunflower seed needs for the dugout.
Peanut Allergies
Due to many children having peanut allergies, WMLL requests that no one bring peanuts to the ballpark, especially not into the dugout areas. Some children are extremely sensitive and cannot enter any areas where peanuts have been present.
Pets, Firearms & Alcohol
Pets, firearms, and alcohol are not allowed on West Madison Little League property.
