Time & Place
The 2019 District 4 Junior Division Tournament will be hosted by West Madison Little League (WMLL) at their facility located at 701 Forward Dr., Madison beginning on July 9th and culminating with the Championship Game on July 15th at 6:00pm.

Format
As determined by District Administrator and Tournament Director, Jeff Wolfe, play will be round- robin format. All three teams will play each other with the top team and runner-up moving onto the Championship Game.
Nightly Schedule
4:30pm: Batting Practice (both teams at same time) July 9, 10, 11*
5:10pm: Infield practice (~8 mins each, home team goes first)
5:30pm: Equipment check at dugouts
5:45pm: Plate meeting with umpires & coaches followed by player introductions, National Anthem & LL Pledge
6:00pm: First Pitch
* On Monday July 15 the 9-10 District 4 tournaments will also be playing at WMLL, and batting cage time will be at a premium. Cage time will be assigned later.
Parking
Only vehicles displaying a WMLL issued parking pass (two passes will be issued to each team), and vehicles with an official disabled permit issued by the WI DOT will be allowed in the WMLL parking lot. Violators will be subject to citation and their vehicle may be towed. Please ask your families not to pull in to the lot to drop off players; there is a player drop-off area located on Forward Dr. adjacent to the parking lot.
Parking for fans and families is allowed along Forward Dr. Fans may also park in the lot of the Madison Ice Arena, on Forward Dr., south of the baseball fields.
Concessions
WMLL has a great Concession Stand with a broad menu, so please show your appreciation for tournament hosting by supporting out Concession Stand. Please do not carry in outside food or drink.
Peanut Allergies
Due to many children having peanut allergies, WMLL requests that no one bring peanuts to the ballpark, especially not in to the dugout areas. Some children are extremely sensitive and cannot enter any areas where peanuts have been present.
Pets, Firearms & Alcohol
Pets, firearms, and alcohol are not allowed on West Madison Little League property.
