League structure for spring / summer season

It is standard practice to assign players into leagues based upon their Little League age.  Some leagues may, however, also consider parental requests, player skill level & the number of registrants when making league assignments.  WMLL believes that in most cases it is best for players to play in the standard Little League age-appropriate league & may refuse special league placement requests for safety, competitive balance and/or Little League compliance reasons.

If you want to discuss special placement in a league above or below your child’s age-based league, email your child’s name & the special league request to Kraig Bodie, WMLL’s registrar, at registrar@wmll.org after completing registration*. A WMLL official will then contact you to discuss your request.

* = Please note that during registration you will only be able to register your child into the standard Little League age-appropriate league (see www.wmll.org/leagues).
