WMLL’s standard registration fee for both baseball & softball is $175 for WMLL players (those living or attending school within the Madison West, Madison Memorial or Middleton-Cross Plains high school areas) and $185 for other players. There are, however, several ways to reduce this fee.
Note: Fall Ball fees include $24 for the player post-game snack program ($2 snack per game for 12 games). Prepaying reduces the workload on volunteers by eliminating the need for Team Reps to personally collect snack money from individual families at the start of the season.
Early Bird Discount: Early registrations completed by July 4 receive a $25 discount
Multi Player Discount: After two children from the same family have registered, each additional child from that family receives a $50 discount.
Scholarships: Parents of children eligible for free or reduced-price school lunches may apply for a scholarship during the online registration process. Scholarships cover a portion of the registration fee, but still require a minimum payment of $65 for baseball & softball. WMLL reserves the right to verify eligibility with your school principal.
Registration fees (excluding some scholarship requests) must be paid at the end of the online registration process via credit card, debit card or e-check. Please consider paying by e-check as it saves WMLL money by avoiding processing payments.
Note: Refunds, less a $10 processing fee, will be granted if requested prior to August 1. No refunds will be granted after this date except for injuries or families moving away from the area.
