All players wishing to participate in WMTT must tryout & must register in advance of the tryout.
TRYOUT REGISTRATION
Families of players wanting to try out for a WMTT team must register their player HERE.
WMTT allows players to request playing up one year in age. This request will be reviewed & decided on a case-by-case basis by WMTT Committee / WMLL Board Officers.
TRYOUT PROCESS
Players will be evaluated over a number of skill stations that include fielding, pitching, catching, batting, & general overall athleticism using a standard evaluation format (with some slight difference between softball & baseball).
TRYOUT SCHEDULE
All players wishing to participate in WMTT must tryout. Players need only attend ONE tryout session. The primary tryout dates for the 2021/2022 season are Sunday, October 3 & Sunday, October 10. For any players unable to attend one of these primary tryout sessions, a special alternate make-up session will be held on Wednesday, October 6. Players should arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled tryout time listed below to check-in & warm-up.
Baseball (LL Age = Age as of 8/31/22)
Sunday, October 3 at the WMLL Senior Field
– LL Ages 13+: 9:00 – 10:30 AM
– LL Age 8: 10:45 – 11:30 AM
– LL Ages 11-12: 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM
– LL Ages 9-10: 1:15 – 2:45 PM
Sunday, October 10 at the WMLL Senior Field
– LL Ages 8-10: 9:00 – 11:00 AM
– LL Ages 11-12: 11:15 AM – 12:45 PM
– LL Ages 13+: 1:00 – 2:30 PM

Sunday, October 3 at Elver Park, Field #1
– LL Ages 13-14: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
– LL Ages 11-12: 1:15 – 2:45 PM
– LL Ages 7-10: 2:45 – 4:15 PM (note: times are 15 minutes earlier than originally posted)
Sunday, October 10 at Elver Park Field #1
– LL Ages 13-14: TBD 12:30 – 1:00 PM (note: adjusted start time)
– LL Ages 11-12: 1:15 – 2:45 PM
– LL Ages 7-10: 3:00 – 3:30 PM (note: adjusted end time)
